Home remedies for vaginal odor– One of the problems that many women face is Vaginal odor. This is often caused by yeast infections and bacterial infections. Although the food we eat also contributes in some way, the main cause is bacteria. Vaginal odor can be caused by a sexually transmitted disease or a vaginal infection.

Uluhal treatment (Fenugreek)

Uluhal is a very important medicine for women’s health. Regular consumption balances the hormones and the menstrual cycle. Some herbalists believe that its content is similar to that of the female sex hormone estrogen.

Washing from Uluhal

  • 1 liter of water

Add uluhal to water and boil on low heat for about an hour. Once this is well done, wash your genital area thoroughly with this water 3 times a day.

Drinking water soaked in Uluhal

  • A glass of water

Put Uluhal in a glass of water and let it soak well. After this overnight soaks in Uluhal seeds in the morning and drink some empty water. Do this daily for about 2 weeks.

Pregnant women should not take this Uluhal treatment and remember to take a small dose first and try it out. Some people may be allergic.

Milk and turmeric treatment

The bactericidal properties of turmeric kill bacteria and protect your vaginal area from viral infections.

  • Yellow powder 1 tbsp
  • Glass of warm milk1

Mix turmeric powder with milk and drink daily.

Yogurt treatment

The beneficial bacteria lactobacillus in yogurt eliminates infections in your stomach and also reduces yeast infections in your esophagus. lactobacillus maintains proper vaginal pH and eliminates odor. It is better to eat 2 cups of yogurt daily.

Yogurt coating

  • 1/4 cup of yogurt
  • A pure cotton wool pad

Put some yogurt in a cup and put the cotton pad in it and soak it well. Then take it out and rub it very gently in your vagina. Wash off after a while and do 3 times a day.

***Do not do this if you are allergic to yogurt.***

Baking soda

Baking soda instantly balances the pH of the vagina. Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda in a basin of water and let it sit for about 20 minutes to eliminate yeast infections and odors.
